Ein funktionierendes Zusammenleben in der Gemeinschaft braucht jedoch auch gewisse Regeln. Und dies nicht zuletzt, um auch wieder individuelle Freiheit zu sichern. Die staatlichen Spielr\u00e4ume werden durch das Grundgesetz abgesteckt. Wo genau sind diese Grenzen? Wo sind diese Spielr\u00e4ume zu gro\u00df und wo sind sie zu klein?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Dr. Dr. Udo Di Fabio<\/strong>, der Referent des Abends, ist Richter am Bundesverfassungsgericht und sowohl promovierter Jurist als auch promovierter Sozialwissenschaftler.
